Cali Coast Elite tumbling classes are taught by our USASF trained staff members. We focus on correct technique and skills progression, while ensuring our athletes are safe and having fun!

Cali Coast Elite Open Gym
Extra time to train, tumble, stunt, and work on your skills!
Cali Coast Elite offers two weekly Open Gym options for athletes who want additional time in the gym. Open Gym is a great opportunity to practice skills, work with friends, and get extra reps outside of regular classes and team practices.
Flippin’ Fridays
Fridays | 7:00–9:00 PM | $12 per athlete
Kick off the weekend at Cali Coast Elite! Flippin’ Fridays gives athletes two hours of open gym time to tumble, stunt, practice skills, and have fun with friends.
$12 per athlete • Advance registration required
Saturday Open Gym
Saturdays | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM | $10 per athlete
Need some extra practice time? Saturday Open Gym is an affordable way for athletes to get additional reps, work on tumbling and cheer skills, and spend extra time in the gym.

How to Register
Open Gym sessions are booked by individual date, so you can choose only the days you want to attend.
Log into your Cali Coast Elite Parent Portal and select:Activities → EventsChoose Flippin’ Fridays or Saturday Open Gym, select your preferred date, and complete your registration.
Please note: Open Gym and Flippin’ Fridays are now located under Events, not Classes, in the Parent Portal.

Trick + Flip offers Open Play sessions throughout the week, giving kids even more opportunities to tumble, jump, climb, practice skills, and have fun.
