Cali Coast Elite tumbling classes are taught by our USASF trained staff members. We focus on correct technique and skills progression, while ensuring our athletes are safe and having fun!

Tricking is a discipline that combines martial arts kicks with flips and twists from gymnastics, as well as ground work from breakdancing. It aims to achieve a display of different combinations of creative tricks.
