Cali Coast Elite tumbling classes are taught by our USASF trained staff members. We focus on correct technique and skills progression, while ensuring our athletes are safe and having fun!

Cali Coast Elite tumbling classes are taught by our USASF certified coaches and staff members. We focus on correct technique and skills progression while always ensuring our athletes are safe and having fun!
Classes cost $100/month for one 60min class, one day a week.

WHAT TUMBLING LEVEL ARE YOU?
LEVEL 1A
Beginner tumblers — forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels
LEVEL 1B
Bridges, kick overs, front/back walkovers, front walkover round off
LEVEL 2A
Back walkover into back handspring, standing back handsprings, round off back handsprings
LEVEL 2B
Roundoff double back handsprings, jump handsprings, front handsprings, beginning tuck drills
LEVEL 3A
Tucks, back and front- layouts
